My work is about helping people learn and practice mindfulness and inquiry. Mindfulness helps us wake up and be present. Inquiry helps us develop healing and healthy relationships that grow and evolve over time.
Become more at ease in our lives, more peaceful during complex, changing times.
When we talk together with compassion and sincerity, not judging ourselves or others with harshness, animosity or aggression, we move toward understanding and create reciprocity and kindness in our relationships. We can learn to listen and speak from the heart. We learn to be present, to connect with ourselves and others with integrity.
It takes practice, and by developing a daily practice, we become more mindful and awake. Every experience gives us the opportunity to transform. Inquiry deepens our ability to be fully alive and to express our true nature.
In classes, in one-on-one sessions, I teach mindfulness practices that have been proven by decades of research to benefit health in body and mind, and inquiry skills that help us connect with our true nature, deepest values, and highest aspirations. All of us have stress; all of us can work with our minds to improve our peace of mind and to bring ease and happiness to ourselves and others.
